Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund Refund & Return Policy
Because our products are made to order, we are only able to accept returns or issue refunds in limited situations. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email us at {email address} with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage/defect.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
- In some cases, the manufacturer may require you to return the defective item before a replacement is sent.
Items We Cannot Refund or Replace
- Spelling or Personalization Errors Provided by the Customer: We copy your personalization exactly as entered. Please check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation before placing your order.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for custom or made-to-order items simply because you no longer want them.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Orders shipped to the address you provided cannot be refunded if the address was entered incorrectly.
- Color Variations: Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings. This is not considered a defect.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled within once placed. Your order may already be in production and cannot be stopped.
Returns for Non-Damaged Items
Because each product is made just for you, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit or defective.
Shipping Damage
If your package was damaged during shipping, keep all packaging and take clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We will work with the manufacturer to replace your item.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the manufacturer after getting an RA number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned items will be received.
